Magnolia will offer Store-in-a-Store space for up to five complementary fashion vendors under the following terms:
- Vendors are responsible for merchandising their section in a manner and style which, in Magnolia’s opinion is harmonious with our store concept. Product training will be given to staff.
- Products sold by the Magnolia staff will be given equal attention without commission as currently set up.
- Vendors will have ten days notice of Magnolia in-store promotions and have the option to participate or to be excluded.
- Product sales will be compiled by the Magnolia POS system with a weekly reconciliation report including sale, tax and returns.
- Rental rate for vendor sections are $2,000 per month with a minimum commitment of 12 months.
- Vendors are to hold harmless Magnolia from any claims arising from the display, sale or use of their products.
- Available vendor sections are listed on floorplan.
